School Holiday Incursion

-VR Future Exploration Experience-

Incursion Introduction

“VR Future Exploration Experience” is designed for students aged 5–15 and beyond, aiming to integrate immersive Virtual Reality (VR) technology with interdisciplinary learning objectives. Using the Pico 4 Ultra headset and supporting interactive educational devices, it provides students with a safe, structured, and systematic technology literacy experience. Following the principle of “learning through play, practicing through learning,” The incursion features two core components: • high-engagement VR interactive games (e.g., Beat Saber, Flappy VR), • themed immersive explorations (Ocean World, Zoo, Space, VR Roller Coaster, etc.), complemented by “Tech Discovery Tables” for group-based parallel engagement. We impose no individual participation limits; through group rotations and multi-station management, all students participate effectively and continuously.

Core Equipment and Technical Advantages

The incursion designates Pico 4 Ultra as the primary headset.

It features a lightweight ergonomic design, stable head support, and highimmersion visuals suitable for extended school use. Its built-in tracking, interactive controllers, and precise spatial positioning enable natural actions such as slashing, aiming, and moving, enhancing hand–eye coordination, spatial awareness, and reaction speed.

For in-school deployment, Pico 4 Ultra allows rapid switching and setup for group rotation. Devices are pre-configured with age-appropriate content and safety boundaries. During sessions, instructors and assistants dynamically manage spacing, pacing, and engagement to ensure smooth, safe, and accessible immersive learning experiences.
